Data Gatherer Course
As a result, data gatherers must be skilled in the required disciplines of working safely – able to recognise the necessary fabric, mechanical and electrical attributes of the building as well as compile the necessary documentation, which includes taking relevant site photographs.
Drawing on our experience as an ABBE approved nDEA training organisation - together with our extensive expertise in conducting energy assessments via our internal team of accredited energy assessors - Stroma is offering a 2 day course to become a data gatherer.
The course includes the necessary theory along with a practical exercise whereby the candidate actually conducts a full data gathering exercise. The information obtained is then evaluated by an assessor to ensure the submission is suitable for completing the energy assessment. Feedback is given to candidates on an individual basis to confirm their level of ability and highlight any possible areas for improvement.
