Stroma LZC brings you air conomy® by Schutz, this system is invisible, as it works in the same way as traditional under floor heating, however provides the addition of cooling and veneration to a property. This opens up unlimited scope for design and practicality for any property, commercial or residential!
heats Cosy warmth in your living and work areas thanks to our proven floor heating system: air conomy® ensures pleasant and gently radiant heat across the entire floor – always in an optimal temperature range in terms of thermal physics.
cools To cool your room, air conomy® can send cold water through the under floor pipes refresh and cool the circulating air.
ventilates air conomy® supplies fresh air at the right temperature in all of your rooms. The patented air conomy® system component guarantees optimal distribution in the rooms you spend your time in. Visually appealing air outlets allow for a draught-free and inconspicuous air supply. Used air is taken to heat recovery via an exhaust air system to preheat the next flow of fresh air.
energy saving The system can save energy and cut costs compared to traditional systems. This is achieved through heat recovery from exhaust air, complete temperature control and high heat conversion factors; air conomy® offers exactly what an energy efficient building demands.
Technical Details
air Conomy is ideal for new builds, the below diagram shows a cross section of the flooring in place. Fresh air is drawn over the under floor heating pipes thus warm, this works in the same way this cold fresh water.
